Cancellation/Late Arrival/No Show -

*24 hour in advance notice is required if failure to do so a 50% of service will be charged. Repeated cancellations may require prepayment to book a future appointment.

*10 minute grace period. After 10 minute appointment may be shortened or asked to reschedule.

*No call/no show may be charged 100% of selected service.

Disclaimers -

* I understand that I must arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, oils, and mascara.

* I understand your cancellation/no-show policy.

* I understand that being more than 10 minutes late may result in cancellation or a shortened appointment.

* I understand that a removal may be required if I have another artist's work on.

* I understand that lash extensions are a cosmetic service and results can vary depending on my natural lash.

* I understand that fills from another lash artist are accepted only if the existing extensions are healthy and compatible with your work.

* I understand that If there is excessive grown-out, tangled, damaged, or incompatible work, a removal + full set may be required.

Lash/Removal Policy -

*Removal of your own work can be free/ discounted when booking with a new full set.

* I understand that removal of another artist's work has a separate fee.

* I understand that I should Never Pick/Pull lash extensions off by myself (If you are wanting a removal talk with lash artist or book a lash removal appointment).

* I understand that picking, pulling, rubbing, or improperly removing extensions can cause premature lash loss or damage to natural lashes.

* I understand that Falsies By Franki Is not Responsible for Damage or manipulation of the extensions.

* I understand that Falsies By Franki is not Responsible for poor aftercare including the following (Using oil products, skin type, hormonal changes, lifestyle, medications, sweating/exercise, sleeping/habits, makeup/skincare products, following or not following aftercare instructions, and ETC).

* I understand that if I come into my appointment with weak, sparse, damaged, or over processed natural lashes may need modification or a refuse to service is necessary.

* I understand that Falsies By Franki is not responsible for pre-existing lash damage.

* I understand that I should never pull my lash extensions off by myself or do any DIY removals if I proceed in this Falsies By Franki is not responsible for the damage caused by the client.

2-3 Week Policy -

- 2-week fill: Must have at least 50% of extensions remaining.

- 3-week fill: Must have at least 40% of extensions remaining

- Anything beyond your fill window or below the minimum retention requires a full set.

Children/Guest Policy -

* I understand Because of the length and safety requirements of lash appointments, no children or additional guest unless previously approved.

Refund Policy -

* I understand that No refunds on completed services

* I understand If concerned with retention or the service, you must contact you within 48 hours.

Allergic Reactions/Sensitivities -

* I understand that allergic reactions or sensitivities to lash adhesive, tape, cleanser, or other products are possible.

* I understand a patch test can reduce risk but does not guarantee that a reaction won't occur.

* I understand I must inform immediately if they experience unusual irritation, swelling, redness, itching, or discomfort.

Client Failure To Disclose Conditions Policy -

* I understand that Falsies By Franki is not responsible for recent eye infections, recent eye procedures/surgery, allergies/ sensitivities, any relevant medications/treatments, previous reactions to lash extensions, and ETC.

*I understand I must keep my eyes shut the whole lash appointment unless told to open for safety reasons. For example repeatedly opening eyes during the appointment, moves excessively, or doesn't follow the instuctions told to make sure the clients safety during the appointment is not responsible by Falsies By Franki. If not following these instructions by your lash artist it may result in irritation or complications to the extent permitted by law.
